As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

• Business partnering across different areas of the business to support managers and ensure success
• Employee relations
• Recruitment for your associated business units
• Supporting the continuous development and improvement of the HR function

You will have the following skills / experience:

• Great communicator able to build relationships and influence people
• Experience within a HR function ideally with CIPD qualifications
• Able to work as part of a collaborative team and autonomously
• Proactive and keen to support continuous improvement

Salary £30,000 - £34,000
