CMA HR Division are recruiting for a HR Advisor on a Fixed Term Contract for our client based in Portsmouth. For this role you will be first point of contact for all advisory matters and ensuring that the line managers are advised on Employee Relation matters.

What will the HR Advisor role involve?

  • Working in conjunction with the managers to ensure the correct advice is being given
  • Support and advise on all HR/ER Related issues
  • Ensure compliance, policy and procedure is adhered too.
  • Advise and attend sickness, grievance and disciplinary meetings
  • Ensure a fair and consistent approach and advise on wellbeing, support and working practices


Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:

  • Experienced HR Advisor with a proven track record
  • Able to manage complex employee relation cases
  • Have the ability to educate managers on procedures, employment law and best practice
