HR Advisor - full time, permanent.

Foster and Partners are an award-winning British architectural design and engineering firm who put forward an innovative, modern and sustainable approach. We are based in Battersea SW London. Due to a period of sustained growth we are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join our HR team

The Human Resources team are responsible for the whole employee lifecycle of over 1500 staff globally. You will be working alongside a team of HR professionals including Learning + Development, Global Mobility and Reward team members.

Skills & experience required:

• CIPD qualified

• Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation

• Able to demonstrate fluency in English both written and spoken is essential

• Excellent Microsoft office skills - Excel and Word, knowledge of HR systems would be useful

• Excellent administration skills

• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to co-ordinate and manage people, events, and data

• Methodical, accurate and have excellent attention to detail including accurate data entry skills

• A professional approach to HR with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction

• Can quickly establish credibility and build good working relationships

• Able to work as part of an effective team assisting and supporting HR team members

• Must enjoy working in a very busy, fast paced environment

• Be punctual and reliable

• Smart personal presentation and able to act as an ambassador on behalf of the HR Department and Foster + Partners

• Understand the professional architectural qualifications

This role will be based full time in our head office in Battersea. The hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 18:00pm. If you wish to be considered, please apply with an up to date CV and cover letter.
