HR Advisor, Step up opportunity!

1 x day in Guildford 1 x day in London (travel paid for this)

3 days working from home.

Permanent

£32,000-£35,000

This is a rare and fantastic chance for a candidate with HR experience who is seeking their first HR Advisor role.
You will be mentored by the HR Manager and work as part of the wider HR team.


As the HR Advisor, you support the Recruitment Advisor and issuing Contracts and other paperwork, attending interviews.


Onboarding, managing employee records and maintaining the HR portal, providing an effective HR service to all staff, Employee Relations - support with probation process, Flexible Working Requests, parental leave, performance management and capability matters and any other ER related cases and be confident to own the process from start to finish.


You will be mentored by the HR Manager with exceptional opportunity to get involved in complex employee relations cases.
