HR Advisor

Wigan (Hybrid Working)

£27,000 - £36,000 per annum

Urgent requirement for an experienced HR Advisor to provide support on an interim basis for an initial period of 3-6 months. Working as part of the wider HR team, you will provide HR Advisory support to the business.

The role:

  • Being the first point of contact for HR queries, working alongside 1 other HR Advisor and supporting a HR Business Partner
  • Managing employee relations cases and working with managers to coach and guide on processes. Attending meetings and taking notes
  • Assisting with absence management reporting and ensuring the correct data is collated and recorded
  • Inputting data into the HRIS system and keeping employee records up to date
  • Supporting through the employee life cycle on both an advisor and administrative capacity

About you:

  • Experience working in a HR Advisor capacity
  • CIPD Level 5
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Confident approach and a willingness to support colleagues and collaborate with the wider team
  • Full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle

What is on offer:

  • Salary of £27,000 - £36,000
  • Initial 3 month FTC with a possibility of the role being extended
  • Hybrid working 50:50 office:home
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
