HR Advisor (12 months fixed term contract)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Key duties will include:

• Partnering with managers to provide advice on employment law / best practice and coaching on employee relations
• Supporting with the delivery of training including people management related courses and diversity and inclusion programmes
• HR project work
• Ensuring policies and procedures are up to date in line with changing legislation and best practice
• Analysing trends in HR data
• Supporting individual sites with the analysis of data from employee surveys and ensuring appropriate action plans are in place

This role will be based at either our Leeds or Dudley site, and will involve a minimum of 2 days a week working on that site, travel will also be required on a regular basis to other sites in the UK which are situated between Edinburgh and Exeter.

To be considered suitable you will:

• Be qualified to CIPD level 5 or above
• Be a strong people person with a genuine passion for HR
• Have generalist HR experience, including project work
• Have previous HRBP / People Partner level experience and ability to work with and advise senior stakeholders
• Have a good understanding of employment law and leading on employee relations cases
• Have a UK driving license
