Our Client & About the Role:

I’m delighted to be working with this super friendly organisation who are going through very exciting times. They are based in central Basingstoke, near the train station. Reporting to the Head of HR and supporting the wider HR team and employees. If you are ready for an exhilarating adventure in HR administration, this role could be ideal!

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR administration, processes and procedures. Key features include: -

  • Support the full employee journey and adventure including starters and leavers
  • Sorting crucial right to work, references and DBS checks
  • Assist in the world of recruitment, liaising with applicants, agencies and suppliers.
  • Support exciting training sessions.
  • Handle all paperwork and HR administration with finesse.
  • Maintain and update HR data like a pro.
  • Be an advocate for inclusion and champion behaviours which always support the businesses values.
