This role as an HR Administrator offers a wonderful opportunity to play a key part in the Human Resources department of a respected not for profit organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting the HR team in delivering an effective and efficient service.

Description

  • Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including advertisement of roles and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Providing a first point of contact for HR queries from staff and managers.
  • Assisting with the management of employee benefits programs.
  • Supporting the on boarding process for new starters.
  • Providing administrative support for HR projects.
  • Helping to maintain a positive company culture.

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Good IT skills, particularly with HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Job Offer

  • An hourly rate of between £12.50 - £14
