  • Job Type: 15 month Fixed Term Contract - 4 day working week/30 hours per week.  Either 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm.  Set days to be further confirmed.
  • Location: Enfield EN1.
  • Salary: £18,750 to £25,500.

We are recruiting on behalf of a very well-established company based in the local Enfield Area.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and further develop their experience within an HR Admin setting.

As a HR Services Administrator, you will manage the HR needs of employees, handle sensitive information with care, and welcome new starters, ensuring they feel at home.  The role will also incorporate other tasks such as preparing contracts, minutes/typing, carrying out RTW checks, onboarding and general administrative duties.

Day to day of the role:

  • Handle all correspondence with Managers via email, letter, and telephone.
  • Coordinate and organise New Starter Welcome Events.
  • Manage sensitive Personnel information and take minutes for Disciplinary and Grievance meetings.
  • Independently plan staff rotas.
  • Efficiently address any Payroll related queries.

Required Skills

  • Previous HR Admin experience is important, this can be from a Retail, HR, Events background.
  • Self-motivated with confident people skills, an excellent telephone manner, and exceptional literacy skills.
  • Proficient with intermediate Word and Excel on a PC and experience managing information on a database.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
