HR Administrator
  • Salary: £14 - £15 per hour
  • Location: Cambridge, UK
  • Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working (2-3 days in the office)
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Contract type: temporary for 6 months

Reed Business Support in Cambridge is partnering with a globally known biotech company. They are looking for an HR Administrator who is customer-obsessed, agile, and audacious. This role is a fantastic opportunity to impact the employee experience and learn all about HR technology, policies, and practices, paving the way for a broader HR career.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Proactively manage tickets from employees via the HR ticket system. 
  • Assist with day-to-day HR policy and process queries.
  • Schedule interviews supporting Talent Acquisition team. 
  • Process, file, and distribute confidential reports and documents.
  • Coordinate induction sessions for onboarding new employees.
  • Support the HR team with the coordination of training sessions. 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally at all levels.
  • A proactive outlook with a learning mindset.
  • Organised and methodical approach to tasks.
  • Determination and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
