HR Administrator 

Location - EC4 (mostly remote) 

Salary - £111 to £123 per day PAYE 

Full time position estimated for 3 months 

My client, a regulator for Optical professionals, are seeking a HR Administrator to assist their team in undertaking day-to-day HR administration tasks, including payroll, training, recruitment, and benefits. 

Day-to-Day of the role :

  • Maintaining and updating the CiPHR systems HR database. 
  • Coordinating and maintain the HR inbox, providing responses for queries in line with KPI's - escalating queries as appropriate. 
  • Providing HR advice to colleagues in conjunction with the HR Officer and Manager.
  • Liaising with third-party providers, such as benefits and occupational health, and complete associated administration.
  • Assisting with the completion of annual HR deliverables, including performance appraisals, salary reviews, and employee surveys.
  • Coordinating and supporting the delivery of training solutions.
  • Providing support to managers as required with other job related duties. 

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Strong administration skills with experience in HR administration. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel. 
  • Ability to plan and organise workload effectively, adhering to KPIs.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong customer service ethos.
