We are currently working with a leading national support services provider who are looking to appoint a HR Administrator on a permanent basis.

They are offering a £25,000 salary, and is based from their offices in Yeovil, with occasional travel to sites across the South-west.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a HR team, and providing support across the employee lifecycle.

Duties will include:

  • Managing the administration surrounding employee relations casework, sending invites, outcome letters, disciplinary and investigation packs, etc.
  • Organising meetings, booking venues and supporting with note taking
  • Updating and maintaining employee folders, ensuring information is accurate and compliant with GDPR regulations
  • Maintaining an accurate and current regional case log, providing reports to senior stakeholders
  • Delivering all HR activity in a consistent manner, reflecting best practice and mitigating HR related risks promoting positive employee relations

Experience and skills required:

  • Ability to work under own initiative and independently
  • Methodical approach, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Equal Opportunities and Anti - Discriminatory Practice issues
  • Understanding of HR legislation and processes
  • Must have a full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle

Working pattern:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
