Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a new challenge? Our reputable agency is seeking a talented individual to join our client's team in Kitts Green, Birmingham. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to assist with a large transfer of employee details, contributing to the success of a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in managing HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide support for HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate training sessions and assist with employee development programs.
- Respond promptly and effectively to HR-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Assist with payroll administration as required.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices is advantageous.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
- This role involves assisting with a large transfer of employee details. Experience in handling data migration or similar projects is beneficial.
