HR Administrator

Location: Kitts Green, Birmingham

Pay rate: £12.50 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time, initially for one month with the possibility for extension

Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a new challenge? Our reputable agency is seeking a talented individual to join our client's team in Kitts Green, Birmingham. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to assist with a large transfer of employee details, contributing to the success of a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in managing HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Provide support for HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate training sessions and assist with employee development programs.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to HR-related inquiries from employees and management.
  • Assist with payroll administration as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices is advantageous.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
Additional Requirement:
  • This role involves assisting with a large transfer of employee details. Experience in handling data migration or similar projects is beneficial.
Working hours: 8.30am – 4.30pm Mon-Thurs with a 4pm early finish on a Friday.
