Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Winsford
Contract: 6-month interim position minimum
Hours: 37.5hrs

One of our most prestigious and successful clients is looking for a HR Administrator to join their close-knit team, completing vital HR administrative work at their office based in Winsford. 

Their ideal HR Administrator would be someone who has strong administrative experience, who is studying/has studied their CIPD Qualification, and is genuinely passionate about all-things HR.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support in all areas of Human Resources
  • Ensure all HR Policies are kept up to date
  • Assist with Training and Development
  • Issuing new contracts and keeping up to date with all onboarding proceedings
  • Handle payroll effectively 

Skills/Experience:

  • Strong administrative skills and clear communication skills
  • Proven experience in providing high level administrative support in a fast-paced environment
  • An operational knowledge Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Educated to or working towards a L3 CIPD qualification (Desirable, not essential)
