HR Administrator
Bramah HR is recruiting a detail-oriented and organised Human Resources Administrator to join a brilliant business based close to Warminster in Wiltshire. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position offering hybrid working and a strong wider package!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of HR programs and processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening CV's, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Assist with the maintenance and utilization of HR systems.
- Support the HR team in providing contracts, completing contract amendments, updating policy and procedure documents and managing the HR information and ATS Systems.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
- Familiarity with HR systems and previous experience working in an HR Team.
- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for recruitment purposes.
