Human Resources Administrator - Supply Chain & Logistics - Slough - Salary up to £26,000 DOE

As the HR Admin for the UK, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR agenda nationally. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will ensure efficient delivery of HR functions, aligning with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include administrative HR activities, recruitment support, onboarding coordination, compliance management, ER case assistance, and involvement in various HR initiatives.

Human Resources Business Partner - Requirements

  • Excellent communication, influencing, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • HR qualification or working towards one.
  • Experience in administrative support roles, preferably in HR.
  • On-site availability with flexibility for shifts and national travel.
  • Participate in the annual performance appraisal scheme.
  • Adhere to company policies including Health and Safety, Employment, and Quality.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Willingness to adapt to additional duties and travel requirements as needed.

Human Resources Business Partner - Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end Employee Lifecycle administrative activities.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, from application handling to onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with CAA Regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR information system (Success Factors) and documentation.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and support low-level ER cases.
  • Produce informative reports using HRIS and maintain trackers.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate periodic processes such as appraisals and training logs audits.
  • Support annual performance management processes.
  • Facilitate companywide and local training initiatives.
  • Manage absence management processes and drive reward and recognition programs.
  • Liaise with external partners like recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Ensure legal and best practice compliance in all activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and project work as assigned.
