My client is a forward thinking, innovative and friendly law firm with offices across the region. They are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to work in their busy Newbury office, with the ability to visit other offices when required. The role is part-time and will be approximately 25 hours per week depending on candidate preferences
Duties
- Diary Management
- On-boarding processes
- Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves
- Assisting with management of student placements
- Co-ordinating management-employee communications
- Assisting with payroll administration
Skills and qualifications
- HR Administrator experience
- Demonstrate attention to detail, professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- The use of e-mail and voice mail feature in office procedures and the principle of good communication will be constantly addressed
- Demonstrate integrity, accountability, respect and commitment
- Be a team player
Salary and hours
- Salary: Negotiable
• Hours of work: Part-time (approximately 25 per week)
• Holidays: Flexible leave
• Office: Newbury (with occasional requirement to visit other offices)
