Salary £22,000 to £24,000 pa - depending on skills and experience
About the role
Reporting to the Talent & Administration Manager, within the Group HR function you’ll play a vital part in offering a skilled and specialist HR service to your HR colleagues and the wider business through a variety of administrative responsibilities.
Administration tasks will include:
- Processing and preparation of documentation relating to the employee lifecycle including, recruitment, hire, onboarding, training & development, compensation & benefits and leaving processes
- Responding to queries and supporting HR, Learning & Development, and Compensation and Benefits teams, as well as the wider HR community and fellow employees
- Using Workday and Training Management systems to support recruitment and training processes and accurate handling and inputting of sensitive data
About you
With a confidential approach to sensitive information, you’ll have the ability to take ownership within your role, contribute to new and creative ways of working and possess a willingness to learn and participate in a variety of HR team projects.
Skills requirements:
- Strong administration experience ideally within a HR environment
- Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally understand Data Privacy and applicable legislation
- Preferably hold a full UK Driving Licence
- Have the right to work in the UK
