Hybrid (Mon - Thurs office, Fri remote)

End Date : 6 months initially, potential TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and databases
- Coordinating recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies.
- Help facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Proven experience in HR administration within higher education.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
