Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week, working on a rota covering 7 days, 8am-10pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Supported Housing Team in Wandsworth.
The service provides support and advice to residents who use drugs and/or alcohol. Our approach is person-centred, strengths based with a strong harm reduction ethos.

The service has 30 units of accommodation, 8 of which are in a shared house which operates a high tolerance of drug use policy which is where this role will mainly be based.

You will have a passion for working with people with multiple needs and helping people to reach their goals. Experience of working with people in supported housing or other settings is essential.
