As a Housing Repairs Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation's repairs and maintenance services.
Your new role
- Repair Coordination: Manage repair requests, schedule appointments, and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of repair orders, work progress, and communication with residents.
- Communication: Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to provide updates, answer queries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Invoice Processing: Assist in processing invoices related to repairs and maintenance work.
- Data Entry: Input relevant information into our systems accurately.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality and address any concerns promptly.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience: Previous experience in housing repairs administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges and find solutions.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an hourly rate of circa £13.50 + holiday pay. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity based in Stoke-on-Trent and cannot offer hybrid work.
