Housing Project Officer

My client in Berkshire is looking to appoint a talented Housing Project Officer on a Contract basis.

Overview:

The day to day operation of the housing companies landlord function, ensuring that services are responsive to customer and community demands and deliver against measured outputs while contributing to key strategic aims and priorities.

Main Accountabilities:

• Estate Management
• New tenant visits and tenancy sign up
• Tenancy verification & fraud prevention
• Service charge management
• Relationships with freeholders and managing agents
• Requesting responsive maintenance
• Supporting asset compliance
• Addressing anti-social behaviour

What’s on offer:

• Salary: £17.62-£20 per hour inside IR35.

*negotiable based on experience

• Contract type: Contract – 6+ month minimum.
• Hours: 09:00am -17:30 Monday to Friday
