Adecco are recruting for a number of Housing Officers for a West-London Local Authority.

The following positions are available:

  • Neighbourhood Housing Officer - Tenancy Management - Based in Acton
  • Neighbourhood Housing Officer - Rent Arrears - Based in Acton

Please note that due to the nature of the role, only candidates with previous experience in Tenancy Management and/or Rent Arrears will be considered

Role Details:

  • Public Sector - Local Authority - Resident Services
  • Full Time - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 35 hours per week
  • Temporary Role - 3 months with likely extension
  • £20.52 per hour PAYE / £26.70 per hour Umbrella (increasing to £27.51 per hour after 12 weeks)
  • Hybrid Working Arrangement
  • IT equipment provided
  • up to 28 days Paid Annual Leave per holiday year (increasing to up to 36 days per year after 12 weeks) - PAYE ROUTE ONLY

All roles are hybrid working. Mondays and Thursdays are office days. A third day in the week may be required for tenant visits. Remainder is home workking.
