Venn Group are looking for dedicated Housing Officer to join a Leading Housing Association. If you are passionate about supporting vulnerable people and looking for your next challenge apply now!!

           The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Signing up new tenants and conducting right to rent checks
  • Providing housing support to tenants
  • Assisting with Benefit and Welfare Claims
  • Addressing rent arrears, voids and re-lettings
  • Conducting regular visits, audits, inspections, and report repair/maintenance issues. 
  • Supporting tenants struggling by signposting to relevant services
  • Liaising with third party agencies related to housing and tenant support. 
  • Investigating breaches of tenancy , serving notices and attending court hearings if required. 

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Relevant Experience in a Similar Role
