Job Title:                    Housing Officer
Role Type:                  3 months+ temp
Salary:                         £17.02 – 19.07PAYE - £21.25 Umbrella

Our client, a leading social housing organization in Bristol, is seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to join our team on a contract basis. With a competitive salary range, this role offers the chance to contribute to the management of 3,300 homes and further our mission of providing high-quality housing solutions to our community.
  • Contribute to the management and maintenance of properties and estates
  • Play a key role in achieving a high level of customer satisfaction with Neighbourhood Services
  • Support the delivery of a comprehensive, customer-focused neighbourhood housing service
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proficiency in housing and tenancy management
  • Experience in low to medium level Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) management
  • Ability to perform patch management and estate inspections
  • Strong general tenancy management skills
  • Flexibility to support ASB responsibilities in the absence of dedicated ASB officers
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification in Housing or Property Management
  • Experience within the real estate and property sector
  • Knowledge of local housing regulations and policies
