Job Title: Housing Administration Officer
Location: Sutton
Salary / Pay Rate: £17 per hour umbrella
Job Type: Contract (3 months)

The Role

We are currently looking for a Housing Administration Officer for 3 months to cover a secondment. The ideal candidate does not need Housing experience but must have good telephone and admin skills, be resilient, empathetic and manage residents' expectations firmly and respectfully.

This role will be fully office based.

The Candidate

Must have experience in working in an office and undertaking admin tasks e.g. responding to emails, logging data, answering phones and speaking with sometimes vulnerable customers, so needs to be patient and resilient.
