My client is looking for an experienced Housing Officer to join their innovative team!

Responsibilities:

  • To be the main point of contact for all tenancy queries, requests and complaints
  • ·Provide a regular presence in the community engaging with tenants and providing a safe community
  • Manage all levels of tenancy arrears through regular engagement and support
  • Proactively manage any antisocial behaviour with regular engagement with key stakeholders
  • Identify any health and safety concerns faced by any tenants
  • Listen to tenant and key stakeholder feedback and drive continuous improvement making suggestions for the benefit of tenants and future tenants
  • Ensure community issues and information is regularly communicated and shared
  • Maintain and update tenant records and key information

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with sensitive issues
  • Ability to work using your own initiative and as a part of a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Full UK Driving License
