My client are a national top 100 UK law firm and due to strong recent growth over the past few years are looking to bring in a Housing Management Solicitor to join their housing team advising social landlords. The ideal candidate will be 5 years + years PQE with previous experience of work for social landlords. 

You will be joining a team that is continuing to grow and is now one of the largest housing management teams in the country. This growth isnt expected to stop as they have recently won a number of major clients to add to their already impressive list. The type of work you will do includes possession claims, injunction claim, cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005, breach of tenancy claims and disrepair. 

You will be joining a firm and a team that encourages progression with many Lawyers rising through the ranks. Salary will be DOE but they are paying very well, with NQ Solicitors starting on £50,000. My client also offers hybrid and flexible working with a working pattern that will suit both you, the firm and your clients. Benefits include 25 days holiday, bonus scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance and many more.
