Job Title: Housing / Estate Agent Trainer Assessor
*Trainee or Qualified Opportunity*

Location: Remote 

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

  • Must hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) OR Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (AET/PTLLS).
  • Must hold solid occupational experience working within Property Sales and Lettings at Senior level or above.
  • Must be confident to deliver Functional Skills Maths and English up to Level 2.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
Duties include:
  • Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeships in; Residential Sales and/or Property Management and Lettings.

  • Deliver engaging 1:1 and workshop based training.
  • Support with curriculum development.
  • Deliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills - Maths and English to level 2.
  • Visiting/observing learners in their place of work to gather evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
