Seven Resourcing are looking for a Housing Business Support Manager to work in Southend. This position is initially for a period of 6 months and is paying between £35ph PAYE or £45ph Umbrella. This role is full time Monday to Friday working from 9am - 5pm. This is a hybrid working role, 3 days from home 2 days from the office.

The role:

This is a full time, temporary opportunity for a period of 6 month for the role of a Housing Business Support Manager. This role offers flexible working, with the expectation of being in the office 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage capital works programs: Set programs, contract management, budget monitoring, and completion data recording.

Ensure gas/electrical safety compliance: Generate compliance reports, raise priority works, and assist in legal processes.

Monitor KPIs and performance: Utilize Ideagen software to manage KPIs, generate monthly reports, and update targets regularly.

Develop policies and procedures: Create procedures to improve service delivery and knowledge within teams, such as rents procedure and OHMS amendments.

Maintain data quality: Ensure accuracy of data in various systems including HMS, KPI software, and contracts, and provide clean data to contractors for improved service delivery.

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Compliance: 2 years references & Enhanced DBS

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours: 37 hours p/w.
