Housing Assistant – Housing Association – Brief Overview:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association in Liverpool who are looking to appoint an Housing Assistant on a 3-month contract with strong indication to be extended further. This opportunity comes with a competitive hourly rate ranging from £20.09 - £23.22 per hour through umbrella, for a 35-hour contract per week. This position offers flexible working hours along with hybrid working.

Housing Assistant – Housing Association – About the Role:

  • Manage the Property Pool Plus waiting list, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Verify documents submitted by applicants, including proof of income, identification, and other relevant documentation
  • Provide assistance and support to applicants throughout the application process, including answering enquiries and providing guidance on eligibility criteria
  • Monitor and track the progress of applications, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any outstanding issues

Housing Assistant – Housing Association – What You Need

  • Previous experience in housing management using Property Pool Plus is essential
  • Knowledge of housing policies, regulations, and procedures is desirable
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
