Housing Adviser

Housing Adviser will provide guidance and support to vulnerable adults facing homelessness, create personalized support plans, make referrals and help residents achieve meaningful progress.

• SALARY - £35k (plus PRP)
• CONTRACT - Permanent
• TYPE - Hybrid
• HOURS - Full-Time, 36 hours per week
• Performance Related Pay of up to 10% of salary
• A generous employers' pension contribution of 6.5%
• Flexible working arrangements between our Sutton office and home
• Ample annual leave

The successful Housing Adviser will be/have:

Worked in a similar role before

Great knowledge of housing options and housing legislation

Provided support, advice and guidance in a complex environment
