Young, friendly family of five looking for a live-in Nanny Housekeeper to join their country property in Hampshire (Basingstoke 5 miles / Reading 10 miles).

The successful candidate will quickly become part of the family and enjoy a role with both household and childcare duties. You will be responsible for all aspects of running and maintaining the home. Household duties include all laundry, ironing, and cleaning, managing weekly/monthly cleaning requirements, tidying, basic cooking and additional household errands.

The family has three young children, five, three and one years. Childcare duties will include school runs, assisting with bath/bed time when required, occasional babysitting and supporting the stay at home mother. You will be comfortable taking sole charge of children as and when required and on occasions where both parents are away.

The ability to work with flexibility and autonomy is key as the role varies week to week according to the family and children’s commitments. We’re looking for someone who is kind, dedicated, reliable, and enjoys being part of a fun busy family.

Essential Experience/Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license

Desirable Experience/Qualifications

• Experience working in a similar role.
• First Aid and CPR
• DBS checked.

Hours of Work

• Minimum 40 hours per week (ideally to include a weekend day when required)

Compensation and Benefits

• Up to £35,000 dependant on experience (£17.00 Per Hour)
• Self-contained accommodation including kitchen is provided (Pets welcome)
