Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking individuals with a drive for success and a commitment to excellence to join our team as Hotel Receptionists /Guest Hosts. This is a 5* hotel with a modern approach and the role is very hands on, you will be directly involved in making the guest experience something special. As a Receptionist/Guest Host, you will be responsible for seamless guest check-ins, exceeding expectations by researching your guests requirements, offering local area knowledge, and ensuring a memorable experience during their time with you. From driving them to their room to arranging their departure you'll act as more than a receptionist, you are a point of call, someone who understands the guest stay and what their experience should look like. With every booking unique you’ll find this an interesting, dynamic and ever moving environment.

Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.

Previous hospitality experience from a similar environment, or be able to demonstrate an understanding of the level of service required.

Must be able to work on a 5 day out of 7 basis, this means some weekend working on a rota basis.

Ideally has knowledge of reception booking systems for example Opera or Fidelio

Salary: £23.5k per year Additional £2.5k service charge (total salary £26k)
