**Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Technician**

**Salary:** £19-£28.5 per hour

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks, including painting, snagging, basic electrical, and plumbing work.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Performing preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal condition.
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems as needed.
- Assisting with special projects and renovations as required.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or similar setting.
- Proficiency in painting, snagging, and basic electrical and plumbing work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
- Must be presentable and customer-oriented as the role involves guest interaction.

**Location and Hours:**
This position is based in Greenwich, London. Weekend work is available, and flexibility in scheduling is required to accommodate maintenance needed.

**Compensation:**
Salary for this position ranges from £19 to £28.5 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
