Role: Host/Customer Service Assistant - Immediate start!

Location: Slough

Hourly rate: up to £12.25 (depending on experience) + holiday accrual + Office Angels benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm

Duration: 4 weeks

Duties:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Dealing with customer queries/complaints
  • To answer calls for the contact centre and redirect calls to the relevant department.
  • Greet customers.

We'd love to speak to candidates who:

  • Are available to start immediately and are available for 4 weeks
  • Good customer service and call handling skills
  • Recent customer service experience
