Hospitality Manager Required for New Luxury Care Provider

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hospitality management experience to join a luxurious elderly care provider.

This role is with a new provider with experienced owners, leading the way in developing a new approach to care homes.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

Your role will be to ensure the hospitality function of the care home is to a high standard and to ensure residents receive a high-quality service. The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Line management to Chef, Housekeeping & Maintenance staff
  • Maintaining the home to the highest standards.
  • Organising hospitality related services for residents.
  • Staff rota management.
  • Ensure all hospitality services adhere to compliance standards.
  • Budget management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Head of Hospitality role within a luxury setting.
  • Experience within the care home sector is advantageous.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Strong organisational and budget management skills.

Remuneration

  • £50,000
