ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bank Hospitality Host at a Barchester care home, youll help to create a stimulating environment for our residents so that we can give them the all-round care and support they deserve. We want our homes to be warm and welcoming with interesting events and first-class hospitality. As a Bank Hospitality Host, youll have an important part to play in making sure that happens. In particular, youll provide a friendly, engaging and helpful service in our dining room and bar areas. Its a fulfilling role that will give you a real opportunity to enhance the lives of all our residents.

ABOUT YOU
You dont need any particular qualifications to join us as a Bank Hospitality Host, but experience in a similar setting would be ideal. Personable and caring, youll take a genuine interest in our residents, engaging with them and their families on a regular basis. If that sounds like you, well give you every opportunity to develop your skills further with courses that are designed to give you confidence in all aspects of your role. Because you might be serving alcohol, youll need to be over the age of 18.

REWARDS PACKAGE
As well as competitive pay, you can look forward to a role that offers true flexibility and plenty of free learning and development opportunities. As one of the UKs leading healthcare providers, we take the growth of everyone who works for us seriously.

As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.

If youd like to use your people skills in an organisation that provides the quality care youd expect for your loved ones, this is a rewarding place to be.
