Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a client for a part time Hospitality Coordinator.

Our client is a manufacturer with a beautiful showroom / customer experience centre. They have been handmaking furniture for senior living and care homes for over 60 years. They are a family-driven business, known for meticulous attention to detail and dedication to crafting world-class furniture. Their commitment extends beyond production to ensuring a high level of customer support and satisfaction????.

Job Overview:

They are seeking a professional and hospitable individual to join their team as a Hospitality Coordinator. This role will involve maintaining the refurbished showroom / customer experience centre, which serves as a hub for the design community and a platform for the care sector. The coordinator will be responsible for organising and hosting events, maintaining standards and sample stock levels in the design office, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organise and host events, including CPD events and lunch and learns.

- Manage and stock the design office with necessary materials.

- Coordinate the ordering of supplies and materials.

- Prepare and serve lunches and dinners for guests and events.

- Manage the diary of the showroom, scheduling and promoting events.

- Engage with both external and internal stakeholders to communicate event schedules.

- Coordinate quarterly sales and management events.

- Telecommunication support

- Supporting the board with visitors and travel arrangements when required

Requirements:

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Experience in hospitality, event management, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work outside of standard hours for events and dinners from time to time.

Working Hours:

Primary hours are 10am to 3pmOR9.30am - 2.30pm Mon - Thursday (20 hours), there may occasionally be a requirement for overtime with dinners and events outside these hours.
