Homeless Youth Coach

I am currently looking for a Young Persons Support Worker to work within one of our clients services in North London. You will be supporting Young People 16 -21 who have previously experienced homelessness. The role is Monday - Friday and the working hours are between 8.00am - 10.00pm so you will need to be flexible.

Responsibilities within the Young Persons Support Worker vacancy:

• Support the Young people around Work, education and employment
• Assessing Young persons needs
• Making sure the properties are kept to a respectable standard
• Ensuring the Young persons has access to relevant support services
• Teaching life skills which will help around independence

For this role you will need an Enhanced DBS within a year or one on the update service.
