  • Full Time - Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
  • Temporary Role - 3 months with possible extension
  • £21.51 per hour PAYE / £27.99 per hour Umbrella (increasing to £28.84 per hour after 12 weeks)
  • Hybrid working - for the first 2 weeks, full time in office. After this, role is one day per week in office
  • up to 28 days paid annual leave (increasing to up to 36 after 12 weeks) (PAYE route only)
  • IT equipment provided

Our client are seeking FIVE homelessness officers to join their frontline busy housing service, which deals with customers with a huge variety of housing needs and aspirations. The aim is to provide excellent customer service and the best advice to each individual and offer creative housing solutions as well as making statutory decisions under the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.

You must be able to:

  • Work with homeless customers and supporting agencies.
  • Successfully prevent and relieve homelessness.
  • Make statutory decisions in line with the Housing Reduction Act 2018.

In a challenging housing market, our clients main focus is to help their customers, by preventing and relieving homelessness. The role is a mixture of remote working and office attendance.
