Home Manager | Elderly Care | Troubleshooting
Redcar

Salary circa £50k - £55k per annum

Compass Associates are pleased to be working with a leading care provider who hold an impressive portfolio of elderly care homes across the UK. They are looking for an experienced manager who is interested in joining the team and supporting a care home in need of some turnaround.

This position joins a medium to large bedded care home providing nursing, residential and dementia care to elderly residents. Internally, there is a settled Deputy Manager and high occupancy due to strong local relationships. However, the home would benefit from a recruitment drive and a focus on improving person-centered care plans.

The role requires a visible, motivated manager who can evidence good knowledge of CQC requirements and has previously managed a nursing service. Ideally, the successful candidate will come from a troubleshooting background: able to strategize action plans, improve quality audits across the home and support the team through training and development.

This role is commutable from: Redcar, Middlesbrough, Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Whitby, Guisborough, Northallerton, Stockton-on-Tees, Thornaby, Yarm and Darlington.

To be considered for the position, you'll be an existing Home Manager with a troubleshooting background able to evidence improving CQC ratings. You'll be hands-on, communicable and committed to improving the quality of care for residents.

Please send a copy of an up to date CV to Courtney Butterfield directly.
