Home-based Senior supervising social worker - covering West Midlands - Fostering Charity

Salary up to £39,000

NonStop Social Care is currently working with a Home-based Fostering Charity in West Midlands. I am currently recruiting for a home-based senior supervising social worker for their team.

The charity is a remote work-force that prides themselves in offering remote opportunities to social worker and improved work-life balance through constant support and great working environment.

Responsibilities

The home-based senior supervising social worker will be responsible of low caseload of 10-12 stable families in West Midlands in areas such as Coventry, Warwickshire and Shropshire. The families will require from time to time supervision which you will have to travel for in person. In person supervision will be every other month. There is also the chance to conduct virtual visits when possible.

Requirements

- you have 2-3 years of working knowledge of the supervising social worker role
