**VACANCY - Holiday Home Sales Advisor

Not one of our normal car sales roles, this is something a bit special!

Selling holidays homes!!

Basic = £33,905

OTE = £50,000 to £70,000 - uncapped

5 day working week, including weekends in (busy period)

Our client is looking for someone from a sales background, ideally car sales, to join their award winning team.

Candidate profile

An accomplished salesperson with the ability to sell high worth products to clients. A consultative and qualification approach is required, not pushy / high pressure. A candidate with strong car sales experience would be a good fit. Usual candidate requirements required - professional, presentable, intelligent, positive, energetic and driven.

Summary

This role is about selling a lifestyle. The product is a depreciating asset, so this is all about lifestyle and the successful candidate must see this. The ethos is to be a real people person, to walk the site, meet owners past and present and really network. There are 2 large ownership events PA which all HHSA's must be heavily involved in. HHAS's will also assist with holiday lettings.

On top on this, if it's wanted or needed, the client will provide live in accommodation for around £200 - £250 a month.
