Holiday Camp Setting Manager

LSC have an exciting opportunity for a Holiday Camp Manager in Manchester (SK8 7LD)

£12.50-£13.50 per hour

40 hours per week (during the school holidays only)

Monday-Friday

The Role...
An exciting opportunity has arisen within LSC for an experienced qualified practitioner to lead one of our holiday camps in Manchester. You will create a safe and stimulating environment for children to thrive through our industry leading programs which focus on sport, physical activity and play

What you'll be doing...
  • Operational leadership of your team on-site at your setting.
  • Ensuring LSC standards are met.
  • Ensuring that settings meet the Ofsted requirements and comply with all regulatory requirements.
  • Delivery of holiday camp provision, Arts & Crafts and showcasing our theme weeks.
  • Relationship management (existing partners)
We'd love to meet someone with...
  • Level 2/3 childcare or Play work qualification or relevant experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Paediatric first aid would be beneficial but not essential
  • Sound knowledge of Ofsted requirements and compliance 
  • A passionate and positive attitude towards supporting and motivating a staff team.
