As a high-net-worth Mortgage & Protection Broker, you will be provided with high value leads from enquires made directly to the brokerage.
The average loan size is £500k with a conversion rate of 25%, many enquiries will be of a much greater loan value, which means you will need to have confidence in your knowledge of complex mortgage cases, high value mortgage cases and unique income streams. Alongside this you will need an in-depth knowledge of mortgage market and industry to provide personalised solutions for the unique mortgage cases you will handle.
