Client Account Handler- High Net Worth
Salary: £20,000-£27,000
Location: Cirencester
Our client is a specialist insurance broker looking to add a talented insurance professional to their team in a Client Account Handler capacity.
To carry out necessary tasks in order to ensure efficient and effective functions which contribute to the quality and effectiveness of brokerage clientele.
Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both clients and insurers in all aspects of the role:
• New Business
• Renewals
• Mid Term Adjustments
• Claims
• Queries
• Premium financing arrangements
• Meetings and office visits
• Advising clients on existing products in accordance with their needs

Skills

• Ideally CII Certification
• Experience either as a broker or underwriter or specialist high net worth business development
• Good grammar, Multi-tasking and Organisational Skills
• Good time keeping skills
• Computer literacy
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team
• Effective negotiating skills with clients and underwriter
