Working as a HLTA entails:

• Holding a Cache Level 4 HLTA Qualification
• Leading classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Managing behaviour
• Having knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Being engaging and inclusive
• Reporting and recording any safeguarding concerns
• Continuing work standards in the teachers absence
• Working with varied staff teams
