As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you'll play a crucial role in supporting our students' learning journey. Your responsibilities will include assisting teachers, leading small groups, and providing targeted support to pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Location: LichfieldContract Type: Fixed-term, Term Time onlySalary: £30,296 per annumHours: 37 hours per week
About You:
To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Prior Experience: Candidates must have experience working as a Teaching Assistant (TA).
  • SEND Knowledge: Familiarity with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is essential.
  • Passion: A genuine desire to support students and contribute to their success.
