Your responsibilities will include assisting teachers, leading small groups, and providing targeted support to pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Location: LichfieldContract Type: Fixed-term, Term Time onlySalary: £30,296 per annumHours: 37 hours per week
About You:
To be successful in this role you will be:

• Prior Experience: Candidates must have experience working as a Teaching Assistant (TA).
• SEND Knowledge: Familiarity with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is essential.
• Passion: A genuine desire to support students and contribute to their success.
