Hire Desk Controller

This is a superb position for a customer service professional to join a successful organisation as a Hire Desk Controller responsible for managing client order requirements

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing hire desk enquiries received from existing and potential customers

- Taking orders from customers over the telephone and allocating plant to meet their needs

- Issuing hire contracts to customers along with supporting documentation

- Arranging the transport of plant to and from customer premises

- Liaising with transport providers, booking transport and checking invoices received

- Maintaining computer records detailing available plant and consumable costs
